At Mondaire, we believe that every journey should be seamless and safeguarded. We design bespoke journeys with care, intention, and uncompromising attention to detail, but even the most thoughtfully planned trips can face unexpected disruptions, which is where travel insurance becomes essential.

Why Insurance Matters

While we act as your consultant and itinerary designer, we do not sell or include travel insurance or repatriation services as part of our offering.

We therefore strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

  • Trip cancellation or curtailment

  • Medical expenses and repatriation cover

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage

  • Supplier failure or travel disruption

  • Personal liability cover

Having the right insurance in place ensures that your investment in your travels, and your peace of mind, are well protected.

Your Responsibility as a Traveller

It is your responsibility to arrange suitable insurance that aligns with the details of your trip. We’re happy to provide guidance or direct you to independent resources, but we do not sell or broker insurance products.

A Note on Medical and Repatriation Cover

Please ensure your chosen policy includes adequate medical cover and repatriation assistance, particularly if travelling to destinations with limited public healthcare access or remote terrain.
