Our Process
From your initial enquiry through to the finalised plan, we'll anticipate your unique travel needs at every step and transform them into a bespoke itinerary complete with exclusive benefits and personalised touches.
Make An Enquiry
Start by completing our short website form below, where we invite you to share your desired destination(s), preferred dates, and any key details or preferences. This will provide us with the foundation to begin designing a journey that is uniquely yours.
Consultation Call
Within two business days, your dedicated Mondaire consultant will be in touch to arrange a private discovery call at your convenience. This conversation is designed to fully understand your travel personality, priorities, tastes, and vision for the trip.
Travel Proposal
You will receive a bespoke travel proposal within three business days of your discovery call. It outlines the timeline for your initial itinerary and the travel design fee. Once confirmed, the fee secures your place in our calendar and allows us to begin crafting your journey.
Itinerary Review
Within the agreed timeframe, we will provide your fully customised itinerary for review, complete with recommended hotels, flights, experiences, restaurants, and concierge-style advice. Your design fee includes two rounds of amendments, ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored to your preferences.
Plan Finalisation
Once you have fully approved your travel plan, we will provide your finalised itinerary complete with direct booking links, where in many cases, we will have already secured priority holds and special Mondaire benefits for your reservations.

A single-destination escape with a few carefully chosen experiences may be ready within a few weeks, while multi-destination itineraries or those involving rare, seasonal, or highly sought-after experiences can take longer to curate.
