Mondaire designs bespoke itineraries and assists with planning by coordinating details and liaising with trusted suppliers. Once you’ve approved the plan, booking your travel is effortless: Your Mondaire consultant will provide direct booking links within your finalised itinerary, and in many cases, we’ll have already secured priority holds or special benefits for your reservations.
By keeping all booking payments and agreements directly between you and the supplier, you retain complete transparency and control over your travel. This also allows you to maximise the advantages of your preferred payment methods – perfect for our clients who wish to earn or redeem rewards through programmes such as American Express.

Mondaire is an independent travel consultancy. We do not sell flights, offer package holidays, or create Linked Travel Arrangements as defined by UK regulations. This means we don’t combine services into a single price, and we don’t handle your funds for third-party suppliers.
That means you benefit from our expertise, access, and connections without the limitations of a traditional agency model. Every supplier relationship and payment remains in your name, giving you clear terms and direct control over your bookings.

Our revenue comes primarily from design fees for itinerary planning and related advisory services, which is payable in full upon confirmation of engagement and acceptance of our terms. On occasion, we may receive a commission from certain suppliers (such as hotels); however, this never influences our recommendations, affects the prices you pay, or changes the design fee agreed with you.

Our fees cover the design and planning of your bespoke itinerary, including research, curation, and access to our expertise and connections. As travel itself is booked directly with the suppliers we recommend, the cost of arrangements such as accommodation, flights, and experiences is separate, and paid by you directly to the supplier with no hidden fees.
Following your complimentary consultation call, we’ll provide a clear proposal and a quote for our trip design services. The cost of our services varies according to the scope of your journey – taking into account factors such as duration, number of travellers, destinations, and the volume of experiences included.

The timeframe for designing a Mondaire itinerary depends on the nature and complexity of your journey. A single-destination escape with a few carefully chosen experiences may be ready within a few weeks, while multi-destination itineraries or those involving rare, seasonal, or highly sought-after experiences can take longer to curate. We work at a pace that balances efficiency with the meticulous attention to detail our clients expect.

Our clients often travel frequently, and it can be more efficient to plan multiple journeys concurrently. In these cases, we are able to offer a preferential rate, reflecting the advantages of designing your itineraries in one coordinated process.

After you make an enquiry with Mondaire, a dedicated travel consultant will arrange a private discovery call at a time that suits you. Held virtually for your convenience, the video call offers an opportunity to begin building a personal connection while keeping any disruption to your schedule minimal.
Discovery consultations typically last around 45 minutes, with flexibility to be shorter or longer depending on the scope and vision of your trip. This conversation is designed to explore your tastes, priorities, and travel personality – allowing us to understand the nuances that will shape your ideal journey.

Mondaire acts as your consultant and itinerary designer, we don’t sell or include travel insurance or repatriation services as part of our offering. We strongly recommend that all clients arrange comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard their journey. We are happy to provide guidance or direct you to independent resources.
